Q. Who supplies the vehicles?
A. All of our vehicles are sourced in the UK from the relevant manufacturers and manufacturer approved dealer network.
Q. Do vehicles have a warranty?
A. All vehicles come with full UK manufacturer's warranty.
Q. Who pays for the service?
A. You can either pay for the service yourself or opt to take out a Maintenance Package. This will generally include routine services, tyres, brakes, exhaust, batteries etc. Maintenance packages are a good way of evenly spreading the cost of your vehicle service and maintenance.
Q. Is delivery and collection of the vehicle included?
A. UK Mainland collection and delivery will be arranged free of charge.
Q. Is roadside assistance included?
A. All vehicles include either 12 month or 3 years roadside assistance. This depends upon the manufacturer or your vehicle.
Q. How long is the lease period?
A. Our contracts run from 12 months to 60 months depending upon the contract that you choose. If you are interested in other time scales then we are happy to discuss this.
Q. What happens if I exceed my mileage?
A. Unlike most contract hire companies we do not impose a blanket charge for this. We prefer to talk to our customers and to come to an agreement that we are both happy and comfortable with.
